The VFL200HD is a 2-inch LCD viewfinder developed for a HDTV camera. The viewfinder uses a QHD LCD panel with the resolution of 960 horizontal pixels and 540 vertical pixels, and allows full color and high resolution video monitoring. The viewfinder is compatible with the functions and operations of the Ikegami CRT viewfinders and 9-inch LCD viewfinders so that it can realize the functionality required for as broadcast camera viewfinders and operability identical to the conventional models.
The VFL200HD has a menu item to make the picture upside down. On the VF menu, the "MENU 2" has the "reverse scan" to flip top to bottom.
